Yes, A flash cure to gel inks is typically about 8 seconds, but image will not survive washing. A full cure is typically 60-70 seconds. You can do that, and I recommend removing garment from platen to cure garment over work table so you can be printing another garment. With this technique, you at most can expect to cure 35/hour, but printing one color garments you should produce 120/hour.

I have a flash dryer at home that I bought from eBay. It used to work, but lately, it doesn't power up and get hot enough. I found out that it's tripping the outlets. What's going on?

I don't know what reply that was. I do about100/day. You Tube replies are posted on you tube. Or just emailto roger at rjennings dot com with your concern, and put screen printing on the subject line, and I will answer. Roger

I've been to rjennings dot com and would like to order some equipment. Before that though, I need to know if he delivers outside the US. I am in Malaysia. Tried to send an e-mail but never got a reply, so hopefully Mr. Roger sees this here, I'll check back from time to time.

We ship all over the world. All emails are answered the same day. If you do not get an answer, then "screen printing" was not on the subject line, and our spam filter zapped the email. We get lots of junk emails from publishing an email address to help people. So we filter out what we think is junk. Just put "screen printing" on the subject line.
