  • Yeah the client brought the car in to the event knowing he was going to win the lowest whp on the rwd category.

Not too shabby for $20 and a free Tshirt.

  • Still more ballz than any Jap-o 4-poper!

  • jtreign9097, you must not know your Fords. Town Car, Crown Victoria, and Grand Marquis 302 engines were only rated for a max of 160hp at the engine for the models with dual exhaust and that's brand new. Considering this one was 18yo at the time of dyno and was still 100% stock except for a rotted off exhaust, it did fairly well. Before you try to sound smart, make sure you actually are.

  • well if the cars ran into eac other better off in the tank lincoln. but gas at these prices , mmmm

  • I miss my 88 lincoln with its WEAK 5.0

  • lol at least someone on here had the smarts to talk about torque instead of riding the dick of horsepower. when your car only has half the torque that it does hp, guess what?? your car isnt that fast. these lincolns are awesome! i own an 88 myself. id take this car over a BRAND NEW ricer any day. oh and btw 265 ft lbs of torque single exhaust and 275 dual

  • 119 hp? European lawn mower has more hp... LOL

  • US BASED and built vehicles are best because they are generic, and easily modified. A Ford 5.O engine is one of best in that respect. Big oversquare bore and stroke ratio at 4.00" X 3.00", and can be revved quite high, and are very durable. Stroker kits are sold where the stroke can be lengthened to around 3.40", with strong low RPM torque, and blistering acceleration times.

USA BASED and built V8s are the best in the world: low-end torque accltn, high-speed to 300smph+

    Beat everything

  • @JakeDaSnakeFilms if it only made 150hp then the torque numbers aren't going to be much better. Torque is only important in massive tanks like that town car. If your car weighs 2200 lbs it doesn't require that much torque to get it moving.

  • @5959512 150hp out of that 5.0 is better than 200hp out of a 2.0 4banger... why you ask? TORQUE!! DUH!! the more cubes you have, the more torque.. if you don't have torque, your engine is usless.. the more cylinders you have, the more off the line power you have & that's VERY useful, yep.

  • @JAKEWITHALINCOLNBOX that 5.0l engine made 150hp from the factory...thats a fucking joke by todays standards. A honda civic si(jap o 4 poper) makes 200hp power from a tiny 2.0l engine. Hondas may be gay but not any gayer than tuning an old man car with a useless underpowered engine

  • So, how do you do that...make sure you are smart. Compared to what?

  • @smiley2237 Dude, you're SO fn' right about that. I'll make this as short as possible. I leave the wifey in the car as I go throw the trashbag and told her not to touch my car. She wanted to take off & make it on time to the movies and try to pick me up by the dumpster. She steps on the gas vs the brk to shift on Drive and launches to the car prkd infront of her and send THAT muthaph to the depths of HELL!!lolol I swear...not a phkn scratch on mine. Needless to say the other 1 got totaled!!
