My Alice Faye purchases

After a great afternoon spent on Amazon.com and on the Alice Faye fan website, I bought everything I needed to properly introduce myself to Alice Faye. I always loved her in the Shirley Temple movies and it's become clear that she will be the focus of my next cabaret act. There is so much great vocal material. I don't know if the paperdolls quite qualify as a "research purchase" but I sure do love the costumes she wore in these films. Who knows, maybe I'll cut them out. Growing up I had 8 different Shirley Temple paperdolls (with fully cut out wardrobes!) My little 8 year old hands had callouses from using the fingernail scissors from the bathroom to cut those out back then! www.merrillgrant.com
