@dxmxl313 I would do 3 sets of each super set before moving to the next one. Depending on where you workout, it would be pretty tough to tie up all of those stations. Give both a try and let me know which one you liked best. Thanks for watching and visiting my site!

Do you go through all the exercises one time and then repeat addition two times or do each individual work out three times before moving onto the next one?

great workout! going at a higher intensity gives you a great cario workout as well as a great pump!

That workout sounds super! Defs using that upper workout. One question, how long rest between sets?

@UltimateWarrior45 depends on your fitness level, but 45-60 seconds should be enough. The complete 8 week program is available on my website. There's a link in the description, check it out if you're interested.

how many times in a week should i do this?
SolinoidOfficial 2 months ago
@SolinoidOfficial Thanks for the question. You could do this workout 1 - 2 times a week alternated with a lower body workout. This routine is one of the workouts in my free 8 week program that I give away on my fitness website (see link in the description), for a more detailed schedule and more killer workout make sure you check it out. Thanks again!

@HedeenFitness Can I do dips instead of the pull ups?
cbattle1231 6 days ago
@cbattle1231 Dips won't work the same muscle groups. Dips are primarily for your chest and triceps. If you want to substitute alternative exercises make sure they work the same muscle groups. Instead of pull ups you could do cable pull downs (standard grip, reverse grip or narrow grip). Hope that helps!
