  • compete bull shit

  • I'll be at 1 month post acl reconstruction tommarow and im just now able to walk normally. I'm not trying to be superman like this guy, becuase there is no way I'm going through surgery and this rehab shit again.

  • I'm kinda laughing at the idiots who posted the comments below....apparently they had crappy rehab, are seeing a video of someone who is going through accelerated rehabilitation with quick load bearing and great flexation/extension 1 month out and can't wrap their minds around it.

  • full of sit, why post this bullshit up

  • i'm watching this video holding my breath

i got acl reconstruction and meniscus repaired.. well most taken out on both sides about 5 weeks ago

and i just started putting half weight with a don joy knee brace and crutches on friday

    the thought of doing this

    anytime in the near future

    is unimaginable

and gives me shivers or completely totally my acl again

  • BS maybe 6months but not 1month post acl reconstruction.

  • LoL if this is a month after well his ACL is gone again..That jumping impact would just ruin you haha

  • nice...im 1 month and can walk good but cant run...and can fol it up to 130 degrees

  • Dude, you don't even have a scar...

I'm at 2 and a half months post surgery, and I can barely do what you're doing...

I'm finding this pretty hard to believe...

  • Pretty funny! Probably not the most intelligent thing for me to do at 1 month, but the video is real. Opposite knee patella tendon graft is the type of acl sugery I underwent (Dr. Shelborne in Indy or Dr. Sanders in Houston can elaborate more). I am no superman. I do not recommended anyone try this and I am still working towards trying to feel 100% recovered. However, I was back to work by 1&1/2 weeks and back to my normal activities (dirt biking, mtn. biking) by 3 months.
