Ok, you juvenile jesters, the tentacle is not meant to represent a penis and it is not meant to be literally raping her in the video. It is a simple metaphor for how the "dirty touch" sears itself into the minds of child abuse victims, stays with them until the day they die, and can resurface any time to destroy any hope for happiness, peace and intimacy.
