@jeffkako I would say you should get the SCS4DJ since it is an all-in-one solution where you don't even need a computer to start DJ-ing. If you buy this, then you will also need some other components to actually use it.

@KickashMusic I've used one at the Atlantic City DJ expo last year and it was a prototype, but it felt pretty darn good. It wasn't as sturdy as a Pioneer, but not as flimsy as a toy... Somewhere in between. Probably comparable to this offering, but with a color screen and a few more features. Full video review is coming soon so stay tuned.

@RealDJblaze also, have you gotten a chance to try the CDJ 700 from Gemini?
Is the build quality crappy and plastic, or does it feel as solid as the Reloop?
Im anxious to try it out, but i cannot find a demo version anywhere

@KickashMusic The platter feels nice on the CMP.800. They feel somewhat like the pioneer controllers if I had to make a comparison. They are not cheap and they feel tight with no real wobbles or shakes. It's a good little deck and very good for the price.
i want to be able to add scratch effects and other cool effects to my beat after finishing it, will this be suitable or should i get an actual turn table instead

@hallal55 This could work for what you need, BUT if you really want to stress the scratching sounds you will need a real turntable to do advanced scratching techniques. This has loops, cue points, and samples that the Turntables don't.

Great info....im so undecided on whether to buy a controller, or 2 CD players and mixer.....Any advice ???

@BrooklynStyle106 You can do like I do with a combination of both. I have the Denon DNS3700's and a Traktor Kontrol S2 for lots of other fun controls. You could also get an X1 or some Dicers along with your CD Decks.
