As a CSM at a walmart for years This is totally hilarious, I've come across all these things the video brings up. And honestly, half of the "complaints" I got from customers about my cashiers, I wasn't going to follow up if I could tell they were acting like total unnecessary bitches to to the cashiers. Yes, some complaints are very legitimate but more than half of complaints are ridiculous. We're human, and yes customer service is our job but doesn't give you the right to treat us like crap

This lady did that to me yesterday. She came up to my register with $541.77 worth of frozen food items and she said she only has $250. I was like "WTF?" since we are a small neighborhood market I have to somehow be a cashier and take those items back at the same time. Not only that but she had to have me void off like half of it. Then she returned like $50 worth of items and bought something else. It was crazy.

I am a cashier at a grocery store. I have customers that buy beer that get mad if I ask them for their ID! In NY, its the LAW that we card everyone...even if they are 80 looking! I would think they would take it as a compliment!

The worst kind of customers anywhere are the following:

1. Old people. All they do is bitch because they have nothing better to do with their pathetic lives. I always see their dumb asses in the express lane with more items than the limit says.

2. People who bring their obnoxious kids with them and make no effort to shut them up because they don't care.

3. Assholes that use WIC in the express lane. Hello! WIC takes forever to do!! They call it an EXPRESS LANE for a reason, bitches!
