To be honest, Eddie's European dream is pretty much my life dream. I just want to move to Italy and hang around saying 'Ciao!'. Moped optional.

The English dream was to conquer and own the entire planet and it's people. We got a quatre of the way there, then the dream ended.

@DigitalMasacrer Exactly. The dream is to make little clone Americas out of other countries, then to make them want to live the American Dream. And most of them don't want that.

@ExtremeBogom Oh I know. I'm not terribly worried about it. But thanks! :) Actually I've lived in Europe, and from what I saw, it's more a matter of Europeans loving American culture but not being too fond of Americans, if that makes any sense. But in my experience, most people are pretty cool if you give them a chance.

Most people are fond of America deep down; I promise you that.
The truth is were all going through a rough patch at the moment.
It's the classic love / hate relationship my friend. Just give it some time.
