According to the Histroy Channel's "UFO Files," UFO's were reported to have appeared over Cleveland *eleven* nights in a row (including the bad weather nights). Another video amateur posted video of *two* objects, the second light glowed bright red (there went all the 'reflection on a kite' theories) and flew around the white craft. MUFON's still collecting data on this flap; as it turns out, quite a few caught the UFO's on tape.

If anything the unidentified object is the Key Tower Building with its illuminated architecture of crystal boxes arranged like giant bricks of Lego, and through the wobbling video it seems to be the cranial portion of an intergalactic Star cruiser.

There seems to be excitement as drunken members of the public observe what is most likely to be a kite in the sky attached to a tall building by a thin string which is not observable.

The drunken people were drowned out by the throb of motorbike engines.

Maybe a luminescent weather balloon? Whatever, it was reassuring to know that a celestial light could inspire awe, speculation and laughter. I believe all UFO's are just the goverment. In fact, I don't believe there's life off this planet at all. To me the earth is an ant farm with a pretty picture of grass and trees on one side of the glass. Just scenery.

Looks like somebody flying a kite from the building top. Or a big balloon from the building top. Still, if it was real....that'd be AWESOME! Great video either way..good job!

There are some very interesting UFO sightings, but this one smells of an improvised PR stunt.

The only calm, rational witness claims that the object is tied to a building. It indeed looks just like a tethered and lighted object, one I've seen used as a promotional device. I once chased a dancing light down to find it was a glowing ball tied up over a fireworks stand.

When someone mentions how good a story this would make for the press, there's a moment of silence as the idea sinks in.
