Have you ever needed ID for anything? registering for a GP, applying for your national insurance number, for a job, a mortgage, open a bank account, vote in local elections? if not, you must have been living on a another planet, one without identity..wow, give me the address, I might like it.

Children not registered at birth are not generally "denied an identity", except in the sense that they do not become liable for military service. (They can still go to school, get married, own property, etc.) Plan does no good by overdramatising and distorting the facts.
