Wow, The "Nutty Lady" was obviously documenting what the Avis lady was calling "Excessive wear". She asked several times " is that what you are saying is excessive wear? This is not private property, this is a shopping centre? That makes no sense at all, of course it is private property, some one owns it, and Avis most likely leases it! Don't trash your rental car, and stop harassing people woman.

@ChizmanDenver And the renters will lie to your face even when the inside of the car is a disgusting ashtray. They pull into the lot with all the windows down. They tell you they don't even smoke (yet they reek). I've pointed out the ashes all over the dash, carpet, seats, etc., and suddenly they try and convince me that it must be pollen or someone must have been standing beside the car smoking.
