Hacienda Azul is a brand spanking new property, completed in the summer of 2008. This fantastic Cozumel villa can be rented as either a three or four bedroom property, accommodating a group of six to eight. Entering through the wrought iron gate from the street, you will hear the soothing sounds of water gently spilling over the edges of the front yard fountain....sneak a peak under those water lilies and see if you can spot the fish playing under the flowers.

Open and inviting, the first floor of Hacienda Azul has a wonderful layout. Upon entering the front door, you will find a lovely dining area furnished with a fantastic rustico Mexican dining set for eight and a simply magnificent hand crafted wrought iron chandelier. Just beyond this space is a roomy living room with wide screen tv, dvd player, ipod docking station, wireless internet, etc. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all of the necessities including a whirlpool dishwasher, garburetor, microwave, gas stove, cold fresh water dispenser, etc. Off of the hallway one will find the first bedroom outfitted with a queen bed accommodation and a half bath. There is access to the big back yard, pool and grill area, from both this bedroom and sliding glass doors off of the living room space. Everything is right at your fingertips at Hacienda Azul!

Climb the tile accented staircase to the second floor and you will find the other three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. You are guaranteed a good night's sleep at Azul....as the mattresses here are all comfortable Sealy's. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have balconies that overlook the pool out back, one with king bed and the other with a queen. A bedroom overlooking the front of the property, also with queen accommodation, has a wonderful soaking tub in the en suite bath. All of the bathrooms at Hacienda Azul have terrific hand painted talavera sinks and tiled showers.

You will adore the back yard at Hacienda Azul! The oversized pool, lounge chairs, dining area furnished with traditional leather equipales chairs and tiled wrought iron table, fantastic gas grill....you'll never want to leave this spot. Grab a cold drink, and nibble on your favorite ceviche while you grill up something delicious for you family and friends.

Hacienda Azul....it doesn't get any better than this!
