  • That's funny

  • Nice going Rob!

  • Nice! Can't wait to get my Flex out to the strip in the spring with my Unleashed tunes.

  • @6SpeedVert If my Flex (aka rolling brick) can be anywhere near a vette with minimal mods while having capacity to seat 7 and tow 5K pounds it's a WIN. To be honest most of the time on the street the Flex on street tires that can run 12's at the track can easiy hole shot a vette on street tires, they're just too hard to launch.

  • Unleashed Tuning FTW !

  • Nice talking with you Ford Flex owner. I had the blue C6 that was running 10.9s. I love seeing cars like that perform at the track. Congrats on a great machine

  • @rrmoser45 - don't forget your water/meth injection

  • Bradenton, FL 1-7-2012

That is my 2010 Flex!! Engine is completely stock...Have a tune.... Has a cust exh,CAI, & DR's on front... Have 3 runs in the 12's. Best 12.904@106.85 in Cedar Falls, IA last Sept.

The Vette was a 2012 Gran Sport Heritage Edition with a 6 speed stick. His time was 12.90.

Had Florida MFG plates on it... but wheels were covered with brake dust, so wasn't totally new. Temp was 77 deg-sunny. Same day, ran 12.941 @ 106. & beat a Merc C AMG63 who ran 13.2!

  • Whose win light came on? The Flex's win light came on. If you are not winning then you are losing. Heads up drag racing is about who makes it to the beams first, not et. Bracket racing is more focused around et. I would certainly be embarrassed if I was the driver of that Corvette. I would make it a point to make it out to the track more often and get a little practice so something like this didn't happen again. The guy taping the race was somewhat annoying though with his robot voice.

  • The Flex ran a 13.00 at 105, and the Vette 12.40 (or 12.90) at 112. Besides the goofball taping the race, where is the fail? He surely isn't trying to say the flex is all stock is he?
