A Day in Dubai (HD)

In Dubai we took the monorail from the hotel to the Mall, heritage village, and dubai creek area. At the mall there was a performance of traditional dances and henna painting (they would only paint women, not men) and food of course. Falcontry is a gulf skill that has happened for centuries. The dubai fountain show was wonderful, very elaborate and matched to music.

The tradional village gives a very good idea of what life was like in old dubai, and they even have saved part of the wall from that time period.

The dubai creek area has many boats and ferries that cross like a traffic jam. The interesting shapes of these ships makes you realize it is not Europe or North America.
