As a child growing up in the 1980s I was always enthralled by the low-budget PSAs that were inserted between my favorite toy cartoons. Not so much by the message, mind you, but by the inviting puppets that would sing a joyous little diddy. I this this video pretty much sums up how most kids of that generation and today truly process PSAs.
