  • Man! I love your videos!

    XDDD!!1

  • Thanks

  • These are fantastic machines, this is by far the best way to make electricity, its just miss-guided environmentalists that stop further development of this technology. Thanks for the vidio.

  • These machines are still running today.

  • Brilliant video.

The beginning freaked me out though, because to me, you were on the wrong side of the road (I'm in the US) so it just startled me for a second.

  • New Zealand drives on the left hand side of the road, same as in the UK.

    Glad you enjoyed the video.

Still a lot of older stations around in NZ, although the control gear is being modernized a lot over the last 10 years.

  • Wow, this is a really good video! The 50hz sound is awesomel. I love this kind of stuff, thanks for sharing it!

  • I just moved out of a small town here in Michigan, USA that had a very old power plant with 4 turbines & 1 big fat huge round transformer outside with thick CLOTH wires going to the grid from it. I did some research & found it's only 1.2 megawatts! Sure wish I could've seen the inside, but there was never anyone there. The building was from 1901 & I believe the generators were, too!

  • @RODALCO2007 In rural areas of the US they drive in the center of the road, right hand on wheel, head resting on left hand and left arm resting on driver's door!

  • In perfect phase.

  • There is no right or wrong side of the road. These were chosen arbitrarily.

  • Love those old fashioned gauges :-)
