the point being that at least Clinton could think and speak on his feet--still does. Bush and Obama stammer and bumble when not reading a speech. It's like they are streaming.

What the heck was the point of this video? Was the narrator offering a solution to the "problem"? Maybe force the president into treatment or, more likely, into resignation?

There's a much more simple explanation than dementia: stress. In that first debate, George W. Bush was much younger and hadn't gone through a governorship, four years of being president of a country at war, and several very difficult campaigns. I know the longer I talk, the less coherent I become.
