This compares very well with Wernicke-Korsakoff disorder, which is the primary degenerative disorder associated with severe alcoholism at a younger age. We made this same argument in a clinical neuroscience class in 2006.

I'd say the first "bush" was just an alien clone. You see, aliens kidnap people and replace the with clones so they can study us and learn our weeknesses. Well' they got ahold of georgie boy and determine (incorectly) that all americans where like bush, so he was returned. The aliens biggest mistake was not having a suitable replacement..They were not able to reproduce such low inttelect.

A recent study showed that older people often slowed down their speech so as to increase acuraccy, Unfortunately the mind doesn't want to leave large silent spaces in your speech and so often fis it with "umm" and "ahh".
