You certainly need to know both english humor and ricky gervais to get this clip.. his comedy is all about breaking boundaries and laughing at things others think should be kept quiet.. in actual fact anyone who thinks that the handicapped or the small or the tall people in this world should not be included in jokes or sketches even at their own expenses, THEY are the prejudice ones .. everyone should be equal which means equal opportunity to laugh with and at them..
