Not for the faint of heart, this workout is designed to do one thing, build work capacity. Here's most of it - more to come tomorrow.

  • Gotta love seeing Rat, and Ryan killin it out there. Rett, hopefully I can roll with you guys, I need this shiz. I know most of it, and do most of it, it's just so much better with a coach.

  • @capnjuggles You're welcome to join the fun any time you want Ryan

  • Kettlebells...The most useless, overrated, expensive price-per-pound piece of equipment. Gimmicky

  • @mrmusclepants You're right about the expensive part - I was lucky to get a good deal on most of my kettlebells, otherwise I may never have even tried them. I used to agree with you about them being a bit overly-hyped until I took an intro course and started playing with them. They're really no different than a DB for most exercises but I do think they're more comfortable to swing plus I can use them to weight my sleds (which I can't do with a DB).
