  • Great review. But the "he would probably punch you in the face if you were smoking a blunt in front of him" comment was obviously joking, but most people get wrong ideas about straight edge. The violent straight edge culture is called "hardline". Completely different.

  • love your reviews dude, but how can u say he sounds like an asshole. and he has said it many times one of the reasons why he doesn't like the whole straight edge scene is because they are shoving opinions down other peoples throat. theres a difference between expressing ones opinion and shoving it down peoples throat. anyway good review.

  • do Modest mouse

  • Damn I forgot how good this album was! One of my favorite punk albums. I think Black Flag's "My War" might be my all time favorite punk record for some reason.

It's too bad that ALL of Minor Threat's stuff fits on one CD. And The Monkees cover kicks ass. "In My Eyes" might be the best one on this disc for me.

  • I don't think it's a good idea to compare Black Flag to other bands or to associate them with the hardcore punk genre. They 'progressed' and moved away from that after Damaged.

  • DO OLD AGAINST ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I would be stoked if you did London Calling. Because, you know...London Callng.
