http://TennisFitnessLove.com *** Dec 5, 2007. Playing forehands off both sides, with a special two-handled racket. I have played tennis for 5 years, the past one year I've been learning to play left handed. The goal is to have Nadal forehand on the left, and Federer's on the right :-) Heee, heee, I'll keep on dreaming! And practicing...

  • Nice form! Still paying?

  • @ricbear Thank you! Yes, still playing and working on perfection :-)

  • Your doing great. I am also an ambidextrous player. Take a look at my Youtube videos at "ambidextennis". We should keep in touch and practice sometime.

  • wow what a great idea, but i've never used my left side like this, it's got me thinking as a right handed player

  • Wow dam!

  • As a coach I have to say being able to hit like that of both sides makes complete sence. The Advantages far out way anything else

  • @shun23 I didn't have any "genuine ambidextrous abilities". And yes, the practice can be frustrating. But we develop our "one-sidedness" by practicing it all the time. So why not to practice the other side too. And if you develop your skills slowly, and make the other side stronger, you don't need to get any injury!

  • @sixftlion It's not just about practicing and that's it. It can be very frustrating to achieve this if you don't have genuine ambidextrous abilities and you can also get a nice arm, back or pectoral injury. Be careful with what you say!
