Be prepared for a surprising answer (and to follow up with, "Then let the record show that I do not wish to enter into any contracts here today. I do not wish to grant jurisdiction to this court in order to discover what that jurisdiction is."

The judge sustained the objection and let the prosecution freely talk. I did not know the game and I lost miserably.

I went to trial. There is no judicial notice in Oklahoma as to laser. When I objected. The judge overruled the objection. I said exceptions and went crazy telling me to get off the internet. He wouldn't let me say more than two words when I tried to object or explain anything. Then I started challenging the officers memory. The witness did not recall anything. The prosecuted objected to my line of questioning. I could only squeeze in "The witness has testified to seeing the truck".

I have to admit you are 100% correct. You are going to lose no matter what defense you come up with. I did not have a chance. The Judge in the arraignment was screaming at me like Judge Judy to enter a plea. She would not grant me a continuance. The bailiff was standing next to me giving the false assumption that he was waiting for the judge to order him to cuff me for contempt. I entered a plea of not guilty.
