Hoorayyy we can hear you! Nice to see you back! Baby steps are exactly what I'm focusing on as well. You are definitely still in a good starting place! Especially considering we just came off the holidays. Sadly, I was as low as 210 a few years ago and now am at an all time high of 300. But funny enough I finally accepted my body and even wore a dress to a holiday party! I think there's something about not resenting yourself that facilitates success on any level. Well, see ya soon!
