Animal Crossing Wild World Part 3/4 "How to plant trees"

Well, I think the orange tree is like the coconut tree (or was it the banana tree), that if you don't plant it in any old place other than the beach or where another tree has grown, it will die.

So, here we repeat the procedure.

1) Shake the tree, and get the precious fruit. :]
2) Get your axe, and cut down an indigenous tree. There are so many no one will miss it. :D :D
3) When the stump is left, dig it out with your shovel.
4) Don't close the hole. Bury the non-indigenous fruit (orange) in its place
5) Water it, or it will wither and die!

Hey can u plant a coconut tree?? cause' whenever I plant it & water it. it always dies the next day. Please help me!!

You have to plant it down by the beach just in the borderline between the sand and the ground. You must water it too, and avoid stepping on it. I recommend planting several and hopefully some will grow. Once you get the hang of it you can grow plenty (I have quite a few cluttering the coastline up now)

Oh, I've never had those, but apparently they are a type of weed (I think). Is there no way of digging them out? Sometimes they mayhave ants on top, but to be honest I am not very sure.

So that's why some of my trees are disapearing >_< Only my coconut and money trees need to be watered, weird.

@SkittySKittles11 thats because maybe you planted them away/far from the other trees. The fruits ( or trees) need to grow close to some other trees. Hope that helped ! :)

I have heard that using the golden shovel (obtain by burying a normal shovel and waiting till the next day to dig up) increases the chance that the sapling will grow.

Can someone help me? I tried growing regular trees, fruit trees, and cedar trees, I water them, and give them space, but they always die the next day!

What fruits/seeds can you get without having to do wifi? My wifi doesn't work with nintendo ds, it only works with dsi and it's driving me mad that you can't get a lot of things without wifi, and things seem a bit harder. I try and find some and I end up with one coconut and I plant it and it dies. Saving one in my closet at the moment.

Ahhh you idiots.

1. You don't need to water saplings.

2. Only coconut trees need to be planted in a specific place.

3. Yours saplings die because they are touching other trees or structures!!!! They need room to grow!!
