@RSTurboCab I dont know any tutorial which teach you how to do this special effect, but there are many tutorials on every step I told you. I could try to do a tutorial on this ;)

@RSTurboCab Its pretty hard to do this kind of effect because its not just drag and drop onto a videofile. At first u have to track the 3D Motion of the camera (just search for matchmoving or 3D Tracking,maybe u can use planar tracking) Then u have to copy the layer in for example after effects as many times u want to have this "delay of time" and move every new layer 1 frame back in time. Then rotoscope out the kite and the surfer, place the layer in 3D space, apply ur Tracked cam and thats it!
