But about the whole goal thing. I think that your goal should be your commitment, not a pound measurement but a commitment. Like for myself I'm making it a goal to work our everyday , small amount at first then build. My goal is to stay committed. The results will come.

I know what you mean... I'm 20, and I still feel like a kid.. I don't feel as old as 20. I talked to friend, and they seem to agree.
And this video reminds me... back to the gym tomorrow (March break wasn't good to me)
