Get heavy cream from the store or skim cream off the top of raw milk that's set. Whip it for 5-10 minutes on high, until it becomes butter.

WHIP IT.

  • Well...Im definitely going to try this SOON. The way you would have to calculate the store-bought vs homemade equation would be to get the cost for the cream and butter. Then measure how much cream you need to make the same amount of butter...

    I'm working on it :)

  • @NamesTigger You are so great! It makes me so happy you watched all of these today! You are like my fact-checking Junebug... :-)

  • Can you use light whipping cream or do you have to use heavy cream?

  • @VNSW Yep, you can use light whipping cream! Because the fat content is lower, you'll probably want it to be real cold when you do the whipping, though. Hope that helps! :-)

  • @O2BSoLucky Thanks so much for the sub! Glad to hear you're liking stuff! If you have any other how-tos you're wondering about, just shoot me an email or YT message and I'll see what I can do! :-)

  • Your vids are highly amusing. I am astounded that you don't have a wider audience.

I stumbled upon your page looking for pasta recipes (I don't have a pasta machine and was looking to see how hard it was to do purely by hand) and then kept watching.

    Subbed.
