Agree with situp rom issue. It's more of Annie with a crunch but otherwise everything else was spot on. With full rom it would still have definitely been an awesome time

hey guys my names liam , i live in Sydney Australia , im 14 years old and ive been doing crossfit for about 6 months now , and i completed annie in 5 : 23 .. but this guy is badass completing it in 3 : 57 puts my time to shame haha and im going into my first competition in a few weeks. Just commenting on this to say that crossfit is the bomb and has changed my life , and people who are reading this and don't do crossfit.. i recommend giving it a try becuase nothing compares to it :)

technicalities aside, this dude is a mad man. i just knocked this out an hour ago in 6:32 with anchors and i thought i was a badass. you're an inspiration. and your doubleunders are sick as shit. gimme a year, i'm comin at ya!

I always thought that full ROM on sit-ups was chest touching the knees (or back at least vertical). Sub 4 doesn't seem that difficult to do when you're barely lifting your shoulder blades off the ground.

Thanks. The Ab-Mat, it gives your abs something to pull off of the entire time rather than using a lot more of your hip flexors.

It doesn't seem fair to me tho, because I have long arms and am pretty flexible so I can keep my butt pretty close to my feet. If they change the standard I'll obviously change the way I do them. I also did it with GHDs in 6:48, kind of hard to argue ROM on those.

Strangely enough I would agree with you on range of motion. However, the standards as I have seen and heard say that you have to touch your shoulder blades and hands behind your head on the way down and touch your hands to your anchors on the way up, which I did on every single rep.
