if you look up what happened to peter parkers parents they were killed on a CIA mission that was about red skull. so I think we the man said ''did you tell the boy about his father'' he was talking about his father being a CIA agent or something. I think they will go more in depth of this movie by movie until peter finds out what happened to his parents and how they really died. because the movie is based off the origin of his story.
