Oh please. It was tradition to fast from midnight until Holy Mass, then the discipline was changed 3 hrs before Mass, then changed to 1 hour.

@sgal88 back to the Early Church, but back to the Old Testament itself. It is a sin to reject Tradition for no reason. It is robbing God of his honour and glory. God is honoured and glorified in his Saints--in his religious.

He has a full head of hair, completely distinguishing him from his Brothers from the past, the millions in his Order who had the holy Tonsure. But when a man sees a monk with a tonsure, at first he is startled because he doesn't see this very often and it is very shocking and different. @sgal88 After all the proof I have given about why the Holy Tonsure is so important, it is very clear to see that the only reason a monk would reject having one is because wordliness has invaded his soul. It is the same for a Sister who rejects her habit. All of the Saints have had tonsures if they were religious, so now modern man has to reject what has made Saints?
