November 16, 2007. HipHop project, an urban dance battle that took place at the Gallus Theater on November 16. Eight dance teams caught the flow and battled to win a spot at the “Funkin-Stylez” dance competition in Berlin. The battle was accompanied by the WordUp Poetry Slam and a concluding jam session. Judges Mr. Wiggles from New York, SIN a.k.a. Fatma Yazici, Claw and Miriam graded each of the 5-person crews on creativity, originality, expression and difficulty of moves.

  • dont get it twisted, hip hop is alive, to find that real rap you gotta go back in time, or find those guys still doing it, like Outlawz, Bone, Snoop, Em, 50...when those guys stop making rap, im just hoping some young guys can get that real shit out, like Nipsey, and im sure there are more, but i dont hear about them so i dont know...if shit dont hit that "mainstream" then you cant get out of your city, area..
