Possible Alien Broadcast

WARNING: Some might find the strange audio in this video disturbing. And if you were expecting a real alien broadcast on YouTube, please get help.

I was watching TV and I flipped to one of those "all weather-all the time" channels and heard this. I captured about 15 minutes of it from the audio output on my TV, but I only used about 7 minutes of it here. It gets really interesting at around 5:55.

I added this random "spacey" picture to the video because it was an OTA digital channel (received on my digital TV) so I couldn't easily capture the video with the equipment I own, and I chose not to film the TV screen. However, the video from the broadcast was unaffected. It was just the weather people pointing at weather maps and some commercials.

I guess it was some sort of transmission glitch. YouTube user, taufactor, wrote, "It's a digital glitch in a television stream buffer. I test the software that decodes this for television receivers."

You can make out words sometimes, but mostly it just sounds like some kind of alien communication from a sci-fi movie. What do you think?

I realize that in some parts it sounds like profanity. That was completely unintentional. Plus, I'm sure that the TV station wouldn't allow profanity to air.

Seriously, get help.

The poster of this video is an asshole. "And if you were expecting an actual alien broadcast, please get help." SETI has already confirmed an intelligent signal from the Alpha Centauri System, so people visiting this poor excuse for a video might actually think it's a clip from a show that mentioned SETI's findings. The show was on Discovery and then a different show aired on the History channel.
