Real beer can chicken is simple to make, not this. Please don't follow ANY of her clueless instructions.
- You DON'T need to brine the chicken!! That's what the beer can is for.
- 2 cups salt/sugar each is too much for 1 gallon of water, so it didn't dilute.
- Notice the bright orange circle behind her, she left the stove on.

i think i can see salt/sugar on the bottom on pot.
