Kenne Bell Mustang Vs GTO Drag Race

My best run to date with my 2.1L Kenne Bell @ 9psi. 1.752 60' time. Engine is stock except for the blower and the bigtube kit with the 75mm throttle body. Exhaust is stock headers/hpipe with cats then run to the roush side exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers. Roush springs/front swaybar/lower control arms, stock shocks and struts. Run was made on Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials 275/40/17s. Car is a 2002 GT automatic with a j-modded 4r70w transmission. 370.1 rwhp 398.1 rwtq. I don't know what was in the GTO next to me but it sounded nasty as well.

@larryadam2 Yup my brother in law has a 04 GTO and a good friend has a 06 GTO I like them they're really nice cars and they run great. I like Trans Am, Camaro, Challenger, Mustang etc. I like them all and would like to have one of each... All I am saying to the other guy is you can buy a 1999 mustang GT with under 100,000 miles for $5,500 and buy a $3,500 kenne bell 2.1s/c 9PSI that adds 160hp to the stock motor, then you have 420hp that will run with a GTO.

I dont get it. everyone who got those 275mm et street radials gets a perfect launch. on the other hand - I´ve seen plenty of people who did have serious traction issues with 320mm et street radials. how is this possible ?

I thought the more tread width the more traction - I guess I was wrong

@bullzi91 its not about making them mad its about how mustangs blow besides thhe cobra and the gt500 ... of course anything you add a supercharger to is bound to be fast your not good at being a smart ass either man.
