Thankfully they reinstated achievements for weapons.

To do the cloaktaunt, taunt, and then quickly cloak. It's that simple. You know the glitch where you taunt and quickly change your weapon? It's like that. You can do it from cloak, too, simply uncloak, taunt, recloak real quick. It'll probably get patched later on, so make the most of it while it lasts.
