@932Kevy No. Not every rapper believes they are the best. That is a ridiculously general and wrong statement. 80% of rappers will name ANOTHER RAPPER if they are asked who the best rapper is. The other 20% are the top rappers who believe they are the best. Wayne made a song called Best Rapper Alive, he believes it, why would you say he doesn't? Not to mention saying he was the best rapper alive and not proving it. Soulja Boy says he's the best rapper in some of his songs, that's ridiculous, I dislike him for that and his bad music. Waka Flocka said I'm not a rapper, I make hype music. I respect him for that, he's cool with me. It has nothing to do with money or sells, that's stupid. It's that Lil Wayne claims best rapper, doesn't prove it, has 2 bad albums it a row or (Carter 3 + 4) and people still say he's the best rapper. Why???

@MoneyR8 As a hater, I'll tell you that I started hating Wayne when he made Lolipop, other wack verses, and became so limited in subject matter. He really wasn't on my radar before "fireman", and the only reason he started to be was because people wouldn't shutup about him. Then after a million mixtape songs and guest verses, he releases that awful "Lolipop". It SUCKED, how'd he sell 1 mil? I'll admit he worked hard, and he can rap somewhat, but he's just insanely popular for whatever reason.
