Crazy guy threatens an innocent couple for no reason, random guy comes in and punches him out

Very few details on what's going on here, but it looks like a guy is having a bad day and is going apeshit in public. A couple with a baby are watching him and the crazy guy takes offense and starts chasing the innocent guy and threatening him. The crazy guy doesn't let up, so a random dude crosses the streets and punches the crazy guy in the face knocking him to the ground. At one point it looks like he tries to get up, but badass superman tells him to stay down. Let's hear it for everyday heros!
