  • Good job!! One thing I do to practice on the stacks is just stand and practice leaning ur feet from side to side.. It has strengthened my ankles a lot and ur less likely to break one :)

  • practice to sets you've never heard. When you practice to music you already know, you already know what drops are coming etc. Through live sets you've never heard, you'll be able to feel music and be proactive instead of reactive.

  • nice bike. constructive feedback? get rid of the flat bars and put on some track or road drops.
