HAMRAHI association, CNNworldReport, Geneva

One of the activities of HAMRAHI Association is organising the event for the dialogue among cultures and religions. Recently before the Christmases of 2008 we have organised a film/debate at the University of Geneva. Holly Marie is a film realised by Shahriyar Bahrani in the time of reformist president of Iran Mr. Khatami. This film could also give us the opportunity to talk about women and religion. Women rights and abuse of religion in the history although the real place of woman and her dignity plus is already preserved in the real message of Religion. So we had different personalities from different religions and confessions but also a person representing laic position. So in the field of human rights and religions we could try to discuss about what could be the ideal of women rights. And it could be clearer how far we are in our societies from this ideal goal.
