This little island is Half Moon Cay in the Turks and Caicos Islands, which are SE of the Bahamas and north of Hispaniola. The main tourism island is Providenciales, which is home to Grace Bay, which has been called the best beach in the world by Conde Nast Traveler. Affordable hotels on Grace Bay include Sibonne and Ocean Club. Highly recommend the Sands Resort, where we stayed.
