This is a short film of how to play Time In A Bottle by Jim Croce. It is a cover version that I figured out after listening to the song. I hope it works for you.

This is the video I used for the Chorus part to help me:

  • Hey Everyone! Thanks for all the views and comments! I apologize for not responding right away, but appreciate everything! I have a few new songs to teach by request and some others that I enjoy, but between my job and coaching, time is scarce. I will post some new videos A.S.A.P.! I'm glad you enjoy my lesson :D

  • my hand to small xD

  • @AngehFilms Yeah I thought mine was too when I first started playing. just keep practicing and you'll get it ;)

  • Nice job my friend but you keep saying a D7 chord when you should be saying a Dm or am I wrong? Cause looking at you fingers it looks like a Dm

  • @Thunderstruck1330 Your right. Haha, In my puff the magic dragon video I mentioned to google how to play the stuff. Haha, just took my own advice and it IS a Dm! Thanks for pointing that out.

    "ANNOTATION - GO!"

  • dude, you're a freakin boss! i bet you get all the babes

  • fabulous job!

  • I must comment though, that the first chord you are using is correct but it is called D minor, not D 7th.

  • Good job. I hope that when I do learn to sing it, that I sound as nice with my voice. I really learned alot, thank you!

  • @macx546You say shit like that to make yourself feel better about your own abilities? There are pleanty of novice guitar players on here like myself that he has helped out a lot...I know that he left of a lot of the chord embellishments that were part of the original song...that would have made it harder to learn. Stick your ego up your ass.

  • @macx546 Do you write shit like that to make your self feel better about your own abilities?
