  • buckley is one of my all time favourites and his choice of chords and melodies always inspire me so much, ive written a lot of songs based around chords that ive learnt from your videos so thankyou very much for taking the time to do these videos! so much better than finding crap tabs on the net! • You should show us how to play mojo pin

  • Thanks it helped heaps, I'm a practical learner so reading tab off of paper or on screen doesn't make sense, I also learn by ear. Absolutely love this song and Jeff all together.

  • In the part of the C note I prefer to play Cadd9 like this -> x32033

The little E cord is pressed in the 3th fret.

    Sounds better

  • theres that Em9th!!!....thanks much....

  • heeeeeey ?marke! im a newbie to guitar but not to buckley. im having problems creating the same key sound as you are in this video. i looked at ultimate guitar tabs but they must have it in another key because i have agreat ear also and its def not the same key as the real song. help????

  • Ah, thank you! I get it now.... And no worries, you explained rhythm just fine!

  • Nice lesson! Just for the record, the C chord on this first progression is a Csus2 and has an added 5th (G) on the high E string, so the voicing is CDGDG. At least it is in the original album version. The rest of the voicings aren't as relevant but that high G can be heard clearly and really gives the song part of its character :)
