The other thing is floride poisoning. It is in everything that uses public water and was never tested for being toxic. It kills good bacteria too. Even some bottled water has it.

Hi Chakratese,

Aspartate is actually aspartic acid. It is one of the amino acids found in the human body.

However, when produced and added to products it can become dangerous. It is part of aspartame and monosudiumglutamate (MSG).

Try to avoid it!

HealthRanger, I take a product called ZMA, to help with my sleep schedule, as I work stange hours. The products in it are all as "aspartate". Can you tell me what the difference is between aspartate and aspartame? I really don't want to stop taking ZMA, but I will if I have to. I don't want any aspartame in my diet.

Products with labels such as sugar-free, Diet and Light, etc. usually contain artificial sweeteners.

Sugar (preferably raw cane sugar) is ok as long as it is used in moderation. Excess sugar will suppress your immune system for up to 5 hours.

Stevia is a completely natural sweetener made from plants.

Check out the grey text box next to the video for more info.

I think more to the point is the fact that here is the only place where stevia, the only 'safe' sweetner, is banned from food and only sold as a supplment.
The FDA is more pro active in getting all the healthy stuff out of the market, and making sure that the unhealthy stuff is there for you to have...than you are considering. There are people who float between it's ranks and Monsanto, etc.

Can you spell:

With all the pressure from these G.M. food (gene manipulated food) manufacturing companies I wasn't shocked when I learned the history of Stevia. I use my knowledge to front the use of this wonderfull herb! It's the best sweetner I have found to this date! I recommend it to anyone that is interested in a substitute for this poison they have named "Aspertame"..
