I only saw one cop with a baton and he was striking in the legs or lower body, all the rest of the cops were acting like a pack of thugs. I see only one cop that needs to be fired and the rest just reprimanded. The cop with the baton could have deceived the other cops into believing the man was resisting. I wonder if the Mayor was the one making the firing decision and was he just pandering to his constituency.
