Anonymous Dianetics Protest - July 3rd, Winchester

Recently, the Scientologists from Southampton have set up a market stall in Winchester selling Dianetics and doing Free Stress Tests. Of course, this could not stand.

Delicious Trap and I decided to raid them to see how things went. We got there at about 9:30. They started packing up at midday.

Lots of good public reception, and only one person took the stress test. *4* police officers turned up in the morning, which I wish I had filmed, but I hadn't been expecting them and my camera was still in my bag :(

So we decided to film the Scilons as they left, when one of them just went mental at us, which we *both* managed to film :D

Holy **** the people with this camera are annoying. I've seen scientologists be unreasonable and intrusive, but at some point you have to respect the rights of others, no matter how f'd up their religious beliefs may be. I think these camera people went too far in their protest.

John Carmichael (Scn) said he understands why protesters would be worried. That's on one of these vids, from NYC from last year (I don't have it tracked or I'd link it here). Think about the implications of that for a minute.

Now consider that no Scientologist has truly been harassed or stalked by any Anon. This joker doesn't wear a mask because HE DOESN'T NEED ONE -- not because he's "happy", but because _we_ are ethical. On some level, he knows that.
