No. Touch screen was not introduced until the J3500.

This is an easy fix. The best way to work around this is to remove the plastic switch and then just use a sharp pointed object to turn on the unit. I work with hundreds of these all day so I learned a few tricks here and there.

@bitemarkweb Do not bother buying this model, I work with one all day and I've gone through 2 of them. There is a common fault on the on/off slide switch! and you you need to replace this your looking on a complete mother board change. Good Luck. $500 dollar cost
