Shoujocon 2003 Anime Idol

Oh this skit!! Over a month of planning to perform this skit, just to be told we couldn't compete with it while at cosplay sign ups @ Acen. So, we took it to shoujocon and won best in show. Acen missed out. I wanted to combine my love for american Idol and anime. I looked for songs that were sung horribly by seiyu to make it work. So, yes, that actually is conan and yurika's voice actors really singing. lol Scott and I did all the voices for the skit. Technology made it possible to alter Scott's voice to be for example, Randy Jackson. Scott was simon and I was Yurika from Nadesico in the skit. I still to this day can't find a copy of the performance so, I put together this audio slide show. Better than nothing *shrug* Any questions on what was happening during parts of the skit?
