LPM Law Video Awards, Law School Winner | S. J. Quinney College of Law

Every year, the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law develops and executes a Counter-terrorism Simulation in parallel with the "Global Perspectives on Counter-terrorism" course taught by Professor Amos Guiora. This course and Simulation are cornerstones of the College of Law's mission to offer students experiential learning, clinical and pro bono opportunities to build their skills as a lawyer and prepare them for a life of leadership in their communities.

The goal of our Simulation documentary is to build awareness of the program, to recruit students and build community support, to demonstrate innovative teaching techniques, and engage alumni for future contributions to the College of Law. Our Simulation draws thousands of very targeted viewers from around the world and this documentary is an invaluable tool to encourage participation and viewership of the Simulation events.

The results of the documentary have increased the scope of the Simulation as well as student and expert participation, increased the prestige and media exposure of the College of Law, and opened the door to new funding opportunities.
